IBS College, formally known as Institute BREM Sarawak is a private higher education institution registered and approved under the Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE) of Malaysia.

The College has been developed as the key provider of business and management training and education program in Miri, Sarawak. The College was established in 1992, originally as a professional training and development center and received the approval from the MOHE in 1998.

All the programs offer by the College is fully accredited under the criteria set under the Malaysian Quality framework (MQF) since 2006. IBS has also been approved by the Ministry of Higher Education and the Ministry of Internal Affair to recruit foreign students since 2008.

IBS College works closely with its international partners which including various universities and professional bodies from UK, USA, Russia, China, Ireland and Australia in providing business programs at Certificate, Diploma and higher level.
