The Australian College of Applied Psychology (ACAP) is a tertiary education institute that specialises in psychology. Which means we seek to understand and make sense of it all. What makes people do the things they do? What effect does society have on our actions? Why do we behave a certain way by ourselves, but differently in groups? What leads us to do good, to do bad, what are the thoughts running around inside our head?

This approach to teaching is what makes us different. It’s why curious souls choose to learn and develop their skills with us. Whether you want to excel in counselling, coaching, social work, criminology or clinical psychology, it all starts and ends with human behaviour.

ACAP’s psychology degrees are accredited by the Australian Psychology Accreditation Council (APAC), and our higher education counselling degrees are accredited by the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA).

TOGETHER, WE NEVER STOP LEARNING.
•We opened our doors more than 35 years ago back in 1983, and have grown steadily to have 4,000 students currently enrolled.
•We offer courses to the world, from diplomas through to postgrad Masters – creating experts in human behaviour, with a real passion for making a difference in the community.
•We help create work-ready, confident graduates with a genuine insight into how our minds work and the passion to make a positive difference in their world.
