For over 20 years, IES Foundation Year has been preparing international students for university, with more than 8,000 students having successfully transitioned into their chosen undergraduate degrees at The University of Queensland.

Furthering its commitment to excellence in education, IES College is planning to open a senior high school for year 11 and 12 students in 2021. IES College is a candidate school* for the Diploma Programme. This school is pursuing authorization as an IB World School. IB World Schools share a common philosophy - a commitment to high-quality, challenging, international education - that we believe is important for our students.

PATHWAYS TO THE UNIVERSITY OF QUEENSLAND
We work in partnership with The University of Queensland to offer a number of educational services, including university pathway programs, high achiever programs and english pathway programs.

IES FOUNDATION YEAR
IES Foundation Year programs prepare international students for entry in the first year of all undergraduate courses at The University of Queensland. The IES Foundation Year programs are delivered in consultation and collaboration with the Unversity of Queensland.

CERTIFICATE IV IN UNIVERSITY PREPARATION (10246NAT)
The The Certificate IV in University Preparation (10246NAT) for STEM high achievers is designed to help progress outstanding students interested in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) related programs into the first year of their undergraduate program at The University of Queensland.

ENGLISH PATHWAY PROGRAM
The English Pathway Program is for students wishing to enhance their English competency either for IES Foundation Year studies or as a standalone program. A 20-week and 10-week program is available depending on the student's needs and provides intensive English instruction to gain confidence.
