WHY STUDY AT STENBERG COLLEGE?
START YOUR PATH TO A DEGREE
Gain skills and knowledge that will prepare you to begin a successful career or to progress to an advanced diploma or bachelor’s degree.
ENGLISH AND INTERNATIONAL PROGRAMS
Study Canadian College English for Academic Purposes (CCEAP) if needed. This program focuses on improving your academic English skills as well as skills needed for success in college life and entry into the workforce. Classes include reading, writing, listening/speaking, academic success and test-taking strategies. The CCEAP curriculum provides Integrated English Practice for 12 or 24 weeks depending on your English language score.
There are two levels: CCEAP100 and CCEAP200. “International” programs include CCEAP200, which allows you to apply for a work permit. If granted, this provides you with the opportunity to work up to 20 hours per week while taking ISC and program courses. If necessary, you can add CCEAP100 to the beginning of your program as well. If no English language component is required, you may choose to enroll through the Direct Admit option and may apply for a work permit upon the start of your program.
